BAS youth program. allows youth to take control of their life. Everything we do is founded on our core belief that no one should ever feel they are alone. We all have our own life’s journey, but the path shouldn’t be a lonely one.

what we do ?

Job creations
A core issue that causes much stress, delinquency, or criminal behavior in youth is financial hardship and difficulty. We believe that connecting these youths with well-paying part-time/full-time full-time job opportunities, takes away a huge burden in their life. Many youths stop taking allowances and instead give allowances to their family after joining our job creation program. We believe that training these youth and providing them with jobs that can assist in their path to financial freedom will also dissuade them from getting into trouble

skills training
We believe in making learning fun and exciting for the younger generation. The most important lesson for personal growth and maturity is helping youths understand who they are, what they want to do, and how they work. Everyone is different, and our workshops have a heavy focus on personal introspection and understanding.

Recreation
Young people are impressionable. The company they keep in these younger days will shape who they are forever. We believe it is crucial that youths, especially ones from marginalized backgrounds, have proper support systems, mentors, and a community that is vested in their well being
